I have been using THX Spatial Audio for almost 5 years with no problems.
I purchased the license in 10 Oct 2020 with the Order ID RZEUPP0000094755801
But since today, I am not able to log in to the Surround Sound App. I get the message: No authentication found

Problem fixed after retrying 2 hours later. Uninstall, restart, and reinstall fixed the issue (though the same steps didn’t work 2 hours before so i guess it was a server issue)
hey bro i kinda have the same issue iv been gaming fine with the thx audio and couple days ago it wont work or anything , the headphones work fine , but when i chhoose the thx spatial it wont get no sound thru it but if i select the headphone regular they work ...
Try to update it then relogin, same thing happen to me but after updating it then it work normally
