i just got the kraken x for a early Christmas present and when i downloaded the 7.1 surround sound and tried to log in it said no authentication found

    This only happens when there isn't a linked activation code to your Razer ID. That said, there should also be a pop-up window prompting you to enter the activation code. Please send me the serial number of the headset. That way, I can verify the model and check if it is eligible for an activation code. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
