No authentication found Razer 7.1 surround
So i got my new razer blackshark v2 x , and went to install the software. But everytime i try to log in from the application in the computer it says ''No authentication found'' can't even enter guest mode, I reinstalled and rebooted the pc and no luck yet. How can I solve this¿?

Was the app previously working properly? This error message typically appears when an existing code is saved onto your registry, which is why the reinstall app is unable to sync properly with our servers.
