No authentication found Razer 7.1 surround
So i got my new razer blackshark v2 x , and went to install the software. But everytime i try to log in from the application in the computer it says ''No authentication found'' can't even enter guest mode, I reinstalled and rebooted the pc and no luck yet. How can I solve this¿?

Was the app previously working properly?
