No code received, and product is flaired as activated? | Razer Insider

My headset, Razer Blackshark V2 X didn’t come with an activation code and when I tried to register the product, I received a notification that told me the product has already been activated. I have all the proof of purchase. What do I do now?

Please PM me your headset serial number and proof of purchase so I can verify the information from our system and check if the store is a Razer-authorized reseller. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here.
