No Comfirmation Email; Order Forcefully Cancelled | Razer Insider

I'm going into college this year and wanted to get a Razer Blade 15 for that reason, so I ordered the base edition from the Razer website. I never got a confirmation email, but the money being used to pay for the computer was taken out of my bank account, so I just waited. I later checked up on my bank account to find that the money was returned. I had signed in as a guest on the Razer website and foolishly disregarded my order ID, so I had no clue what might've happened to my order. I decided to try ordering the computer again and made an account so I could more easily keep track of it, but I still haven't gotten a confirmation email and my order status reads as "received," which only confuses me. I have so little information about what's going on and it's a bit infuriating. Is this due to the website undergoing maintenance, or is it due to service complications caused by coronavirus? I'd appreciate any help I can get.
The order cancellation may have been caused by something else entirely. Please send me a PM with the name and email you used during the purchase. I can use those to try to locate and check what happened from our end.
