No confirmation code send (I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR HOURS HALF A DAY HAS ALREADY GONE PAST)

I want to access my razer account and open up my back up codes but its been hours and there is still no confirmation code sent to my phone to open up my back up codes. I was first going to use my razer gold after topping up but It didnt even send me a code, I tried my past backup codes but to no avail, I'm stuck at entering a confirmation code that is not sent to my number. ITS BEEN HALF A DAY and I still cant access anything

still no confirmation code sent, when will I get my code? atleast just to open my back up codes
