No confirmation email

Just order the viper mini signature edition.

But I didn’t see my order in my summary.

I didn’t get any email saying my order is confirmed.

And my money in my debit card disappeared.

Please help me. 

Tried to contact support but don’t know who I should contact

Same, just ordered the viper mini and money has gone from my bank and haven’t received a confirmation email

Hi I know this is an old post but I just had this happen with the same product and want to know if the order went through or not

Hiii so I just created a Razer account because I made an order using the guest account and now I’m worried that I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
