No custom mouse pad calibration option

Hello I recently bought the Razer Atheris mouse the mouse have a problem where during game-play, it starts to macro stutter and lag so much im forced to quit the game. I installed the latest synapse software, which didnt helped at all so now im trying to calibrate the mouse, when selecting the mouse pad, all i have are razer mouse pads, there is no "custom" option in the bottom. i tried to use one of the razer pads settings, but still got the stuttering and lag, so i guess i need to somehow calibrate a custom pad, but how? i dont have the option. help please
