No equalizer for Kraken headphones

My friend owns the base Kraken headphones, and she bought them in order to use the razer software. But there is no equalizer available. How do we turn on the equalizer/why is there not one available?

    Ensure that your headset is compatible with Razer Synapse 3.0. Also, the Razer Synapse algorithm will detect USB-enabled devices and give options to tweak the headset's settings.
