My friend owns the base Kraken headphones, and she bought them in order to use the razer software. But there is no equalizer available.



How do we turn on the equalizer/why is there not one available?

Ensure that your headset is compatible with Razer Synapse 3.0. Also, the Razer Synapse algorithm will detect USB-enabled devices and give options to tweak the headset's settings. Please check the links below:
