No Ethernet on RAZER THUNDERBOLT™ 4 DOCK CHROMA (M1 Max) | Razer Insider

Just got a RAZER THUNDERBOLT™️ 4 DOCK CHROMA to use with my M1 Max MacBook Pro and I'm not getting any Ethernet through it. Things I've checked:

  • Ethernet cable is good, was using it right before I unplugged my old dock

  • My pfSense router is accepting new DHCP clients so it's not getting blocked

  • I get three new interfaces in System Preferences > Network listed below and all have a red dot meaning no connection

    • Thunderbolt 1

    • Thunderbolt 2

    • Thunderbolt 3

  • Tried manually adding the "USB 10/100/1000 LAN" option in the Virtual Bridge Interface with no luck (I'm assuming that's from the Razer Dock because I don't have any USB Ethernet devices hooked up)

  • I get a green flashing light on my switch from the port the Ethernet cable from the Dock is connected to

  • Using the supplied Thunderbolt 4 cable that came with the unit and it's plugged into the front port of the device (like the manual says to do)

Everything checks out, but just no connection... anyone else have issues like this?
