About a week ago I had to go through a bunch of support phone calls and chat rooms to get information on returning my defecting keyboard I bought sent back and replaced. They gave me the label for the package I sent it off and I haven't heard anything about razer receiving the keyboard I returned or anything about my replacement being sent to me. Where and how would I get information on this so I can not feel so in the dark about my replacement process ( assuming they didn't forget).
