No invoice - duplicate order item delivered and payment taken from bank

I recently made an order for one Naga Left handed mouse.  Two mice were delivered.  My bank statement shows that two payments were taken, one for each mouse (as separate payments).  Happy to have two mice as my team will no doubt find a use for the second, but I need an invoice for both please.  There doesn’t seem to be any way to request this.  Can someone advise what email to use to ask for this please?  Many thanks.
