No lights and spam key after reboot

My Black Widow keyboard lights keeps randomly not turning on during reboot, this is followed by the keyboard spamming whichever key I press at least 50 times. I had a ticket with Customer Support and already did all the updating and test but the issue still happening. The only way for me to fix this is to reach behind pc, disconnect and reconnect the keyboard...and honestly I'm getting really tired of this. The problem happens no matter which usb port I connect the keyboard 2.0 or 3.0. Any help would be appreciated..before I go back to Logitech.
