My USB Dongle for my Razer BlackShark v2 Pro is no longer working. Attempted different USB ports and other PC's along with fresh installs of Synapse. Checking the 'replacement parts' portion of the site, I do not see these listed. Upon other searches (Insider and Google) I noticed these are no longer available and customers are now having to resort to 3rd party or resellers to obtain these. I'm sorry, this is unacceptable. Proprietary Dongle, inability to use headset even when connected directly to USB. This is literally forced obsolescence. Pay walling support for a product is a terrible user experience and causes customers to lose faith in products.
Please advise how to replace with official Razer replacement. Not an entirely new headset.
