I opened a ticket 3 weeks ago and still no one answered even one single thing, I have been a razer fan for decades that’s very disappointed.

I recently purchased a Razer Kraken V3 Pro - Wireless Gaming Headset. Unfortunately, I am facing an issue with the wireless receiver. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps, such as plugging it into different USB ports and PCs, the receiver remains unresponsive.
The wired connection works perfectly fine, and this is the first time I've encountered such a problem with a Razer product. I have been a loyal Razer customer for quite some time, had more than 10 razer products, and I am hoping for a swift resolution to this issue.
