No one is replying to my ticket

I opened a ticket 3 weeks ago and still no one answered even one single thing, I have been a razer fan for decades that’s very disappointed.


here is my ticket number 241104-001427

I recently purchased a Razer Kraken V3 Pro - Wireless Gaming Headset. Unfortunately, I am facing an issue with the wireless receiver. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps, such as plugging it into different USB ports and PCs, the receiver remains unresponsive.
The wired connection works perfectly fine, and this is the first time I've encountered such a problem with a Razer product. I have been a loyal Razer customer for quite some time, had more than 10 razer products, and I am hoping for a swift resolution to this issue.

I suffered the same fate as you Kevin, I open my trouble ticket to reset my 2FA from my Razer account because I can’t do anything, other than not having my Razer account from my Authy app from my iPhone and without my emergency codes.
