No Order Confirmation & Order not showing up

I'm posting here in case I can get a faster response.
I subscribed to be notified about the Hello Kitty release and bought the headphones via the Australian store. I signed in via my account and ordered them, however I didn't receive an order confirmation and my details aren't accepted on the site when I try to use my order number or account details to sign in. I went through support and am waiting on a response but I'm worried if I wait too long I won't have the possibility to get my money reimbursed by the bank.
Is it possible the Australian website just a scam site impersonating Razer?
Sorry if it ended up being just tech issues with the website and not a scam, I'm just panicking a little >.<;;;
This is the website I bought from ( is also the website I am directed to via the emails I receive from Razer about product releases so it seemed legit)
