No Razer Surround 7.1 access with correct purchase

I didn't receive my Razer Surround 7.1 access even with the required new product(Razer Kraken X all compatible) registered on my profile and wasn't given an activation code on or in the box that was delivered to me. How can I fix this or just buy the activation code?

My Razer Kraken is not recognized in the Razer Synapse Application.
This is by far the worst experience in my life. Why do I need to go through so much trouble for a headset to work properly? My hard drive failed, so I'm redownloading all of my stuff and to add this on top of everything it just makes me never want to purchase a Razer product ever again.
