I have created several support tickets and chatted with support agents on my mice not working and I was told that an RMA was being processed. Till not there has been no progress. It is frustrating that I have to keep getting back on the same. Attached are all the cases. If you are not willing to process RMA, please let me know on email and I will forget about this.
