Hello there , 

 

So I have 2 issues, my keyboard keys fading away on keys that is not even used often ,like how it's possible for product like Razer to have such cheap quality?

2nd issue is my V3 Basilisk stopped working, and my keep getting mails from customer support team to check if mail is the one linked with razer account, I mean 3 different team members asking same question and after over week no reply,I have no idea what to do with mouse ?
