No RGB lights on my Hanbo cooler, and also fans attached to the radiator.

I did everything on the manual and there are no RGB lights on Hanbo 240mm AIO cooler and on the radiator (Razer Kunai) fans. I can't even see them on Razer Synapse. The compuer keeps making the 'USB plugged in' sound and 'USB plugged out' sound. Does this happen because Hanbo and the Mainboard/Windows version don't match? I tried with my other cables, but it won't fix.

I also am experiencing the same issue with my Razer Hanbo 360 mm AIO Cooler. I get the “USB plugged in” “USB plug removed” sound as well. I did see on occasion that it showed the SATA for the AIO is not connected. I checked the SATA connection to make sure it was in, I tried replacing the cable with one of the ones that came with the PSU, and I tried swapping to a different port on the PSU (Razer Katana has 3 SATA), but it still wasn’t working. This just started happening this week for me.

 

Did you end up finding a fix?
