No settings in Spatial Audio on Blackshark v2 pro

I've recently purchased a pair of razer Blackshark v2 Pros, and when I go to configure the spatial audio, I cannot see any preset configurations to edit, nor can I add any new game presets. I've included a picture of the issue. I've checked previous threads and saw that people have resolved the problem, but the solution doesn't appear to be public. I've done the standard troubleshooting like reinstalling firmware/synapse already, but nothing appears to help.
