No sms otp received( I've been trying again and again for more than 10 hours!)

I've been trying to buy cp for codm, and when I check out my order it requires otp from sms and I've been waiting for so long but I didn't received any. I already tried everything and even the other verifications also need sms! I need help with this, I've already topped up.

This is also the same case for me, it is easy to buy Razer Gold, but it is hard to use it on some of the game that I want to use my hard earned money. It’s just one step away then you’ll encounter this error message that there’s a problem, thus not receiving any OTP.
 


I have tried contacting support but I still didn’t receive any email regarding this case, and the sale for the game that I’m gonna spend this is going to end in a few days.
