No sound
I have the PC's internal sound card broken, so I use an external sound card, and the Razer Synapse app does not recognize my kraken lite x headphones that are connected to the external sound card. I need to calibrate the microphone. I have already disabled all other audio drivers and left only those on the external sound card, uninstalled and installed the Razer Synapse app again, and still do not recognize the headphones.
