My audio stopped working from speakers and headphone jack. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling devices and drivers. Didn't help.
This is what I show in "Device Manager": Unknown device
! Intel High Definition DSP
There is no driver for this device and I have been unable to find one from intel or online. Windows troubleshooter says No Hardware Found.
Can I re-install the original drivers from razer? Will I have to do a system restore? Reset?
Any thoughts or experience on this matter are greatly appreciated.

You can try a system restore, but if that doesn't help, I can put in a request for a recovery image on your behalf. Send me the serial number if you need further assistance.
