Hello,
After playing games like Fortnite, I lose all sound on my PC. I've tried everything: checking device manager, sound settings, exclusive mode, updating/reinstalling drivers, and following all suggestions from Razer Support and their help guide — but nothing works.
I also have a problem with my Razer headset mute button: once I mute myself, I can’t unmute anymore, even when pressing the button. My friends can’t hear me, and the only way to fix both issues (sound and mic) is to restart the PC — which I obviously don’t want to keep doing every time.
I suspect it might be related to Razer Synapse or some driver conflict, but I’m not sure.
Please, I really need help — I’m out of ideas and this is very frustrating
