No audio is coming out of the right side. I tried installing synapse 4 and checked volume and settings. I still don’t hear sound on the right side. So does anyone know a fix to this? I am on Windows 11, it also happens when they are connected to my cellphone.

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you download the Headset Pairing Utility and follow the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for troubleshooting steps that might address the audio issue you're currently experiencing.
