No sound from one side of the earphone

Hello guys No sound from the left side of my Razer Nari headset. There is no problem on the right side, it works fine. But when I give all the volume to the left earphone from the settings, there is little sound from there. When I turn up the volume of the headphones, there is very little sound from the left side. I could never fix it. There is no problem on the right, I looked at everything that came to my mind, I deleted the settings, I reinstalled the program, but I could not find a problem. If you have any information on this subject, I would be grateful if you could help.

ok i found the solution its not software its hardware related there are 2 thin cables conected from the board to the speaker and one of them got lose others said hitting the cups resolves well it resolves the isue if the cable makes contact with the board i have pictures if you want and show you exactly i solderd them back to place with a better aluminium aloy and it works now perfectly !!!

what i did to fix this .. was to disconnect the wire from the actual volume control board to the rest of the headset.. and then i just moved it from all the way up to all the way down a few times.. tossed it back in . and it fixed it.. because  these headsets actaully use the single volume control to control each side like u can see on the  pinout labeles .. im guessing some kinda screw up with it can happen like this.. but i thought it was everything else but since mine are not wired just nari ultimate essiantials which are usb / wireless only  i thought maybe a driver went or something but nope. did this put it back together works like a charm again. so im guessing while turning your volume up or down 1 of the channels went down and other didnt so u wen u turn them up only one side is doing what it should.. lol. weird issue but this fixed it for me no1 else on the internet claimed this but i fix electronics as a hobby so i figured id try fixing them myself. and it was the most simple fix so far.

on the pair in the picture . just disconnect the wires coming from the input and volume control. for a few minutes and just turn volume up and down no need to take boards out or anything just disconnect the wires from the board of the volume control. and seems to fix it not only on mine but multiple different headsets from different suppliers as well.
