Hi, I am not getting any sound from the Kraken V3 Pro headset. Tried updating the firmware for both the USB dongle & headphones. But it is still not working. Is there an issue with this model or the specific Serial Number that I was issued?

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Let me know via PM along with your Kraken V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt. Looking forward to hear from you!
