My Kraken V4 wireless headset randomly started having sound issues out of the left ear after a couple months of working fine. It started with the sound being unbalanced and quiter in the left ear. Now the sound slowly drops in the left ear until its completely dead. I even purchased the THX audio app to help and allow me to adjust balances. That helped for a week and now back to square one. Im ready to throw these headphones out. Ive already tried all troubleshooting methods that other support agents have posted on other similar threads.
