No sound out of speakers Razer 16 2023

I have a  Razer Blade 16 - RZ09-0483TWH3 and for some time no sounds are coming out of the speakers.  Bluetooth earbuds are ok.

All drivers seem to be fine, I have uninstalled and restarted the PC several times.

Then I read, in the Razer website, that for models 2023 or older, the spatial audio version should be 2.6.5.  Checked mine and the version of the THX Spatial Audio Driver is 10.0.26100.1. 

I wonder how can I get the older version 2.6.5?
