no sound while using 7.1 sound

Hello, I could use some help. There is no sound when I use the 7.1 surround sound software. 

I have already used my activation code and everything. I have tried it with all of my output devices, and none of them work. I want it to work when I select “Realtek(R) Audio (Headphones)” which is my Blackshark V2 X headset. When my I select the sound output to be my headphones, it works just fine. But when I try “Speakers, 7.1 Surround Sound” or “Internal AUX Jack, 7.1 Surround Sound,” neither of them work. No sound comes out. When I go under properties, my Speakers are at 16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality) and I turned off Exclusive Mode and Signal Enhancements. They were on by default and didn’t work, and turning them off didn’t work either. I also tried with my Speakers at 16 bit, 44100 HZ (CD Quality), and that did not work either.  I put my Speakers at 16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality), then put my Headphones at 2 channel, 16 bit, 48000 Hz. I also tried 2 channel, 24 bit, 48000 Hz. Neither of these worked. 

I don’t know what else to try. If anyone could help me, it’d be greatly appreciated. Thanks
