I have been trying to contact Razer with regards to an RMA status on a faulty product, I was advised by an agent to cut the chord of my device (presumably to obtain a replacement as I am outwith the US & Canada). Only to be greeted with an email advising that my information was falsified and deemed as fraud. I have tried to chase this up, with EVERY case being closed. Even with the proof of purchase, proof of address, proof of everything possible being supplied. It is an absolute joke, and I can’t even call to speak to an agent as I am outwith their region. I have no idea how to continue and I am now without a working headset and out of of pocket of £89.99. Please can anyone assist
