Hi members (or observant Support staff).
I am trying to update my email address as the old one is not current and is not accessible. Trying to update my email address results… in an email to the old email account in order to verify. Sigh. I have no 2FA set up so cannot use an alternative method of verifying my request. I tried to add my mobile phone so I can verify a change of email account address… but that cannot be done without access to the old email account, which I don’t have.
For this situation the support webiste guides me through options and advises to contact support to resolve. However that link to support seems to have no option/category for updating an email address. This is CrAzY.
Anyone able to advise?
