I recently bought a Kraken V3 X headset but there was no surround sound activation in the box.

    There's no scratch card with Kraken V3 X. You need to register headset with your Razer ID account, then you'll get the code on your e-mail.

      I recently bought a Kraken V3 X headset but there was no surround sound activation in the box.
      @FiszPL is right. You have to register your device by following the steps on this page and the code should be sent over to your registered email address. You might need to check on your spam/junk folders since the code might stray in there. If you don't receive anything, PM me the serial number of your device so I can initiate a code generation request on your behalf. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
