I did register my blackshark v2 pro headphones and I received only email that said they are registered but never got my activation code for the THX Spatial audio. Please help me I’m trying for 2 hours now to get it.

+1Just install Synapse software. THX is already available there, no activation needed.
If you’ve already installed external THX Spatial app - uninstall it.
Contact headset support directly regarding the activation code for THX Spatial audio, as it hasn't been received despite registering the BlackShark V2 Pro headphones.

Did you’ve read my previous post? Registration/activation not needed. Just install Synapse and voila - it just works.
