When logging into Synapse, I got an ad saying my Kiyo was eligible for the the Virtual Ring Light program.

I downloaded the program, but it says I need an activation code that was emailed to me to use it. I either never received an email, or no longer have it.

When I tried to email support to ask for a new email, I was told I could not receive support because my Kiyo was too old (purchased 2020).

The list of eligible products does not say anything about purchase dates. However, should I assume that the offer is only eligible for Kiyos purchased after a certain date? I'm not sure if there is anything else I should do.
