Nommo Chroma issues

Hi,



I just bought the Razer Nommo Chroma, and I've been having a few issues which have been driving me absolutely crazy. I'll plug them in and they'll work fine for a few minutes (better that fine, sound amazing, syncs with the Chroma from my other devices etc) but then it all goes wrong.



The volume starts increasing automatically, I've tried muting them a number of ways (System tray, Synapse, Settings, the volume bar in the top left of the screen etc) and it just ignores this and unmutes as it increases the sound. While it does this the Chroma lighting all goes out and the power button on it doesn't do anything.



It feels like something on my PC is hijacking them, but I can't for the life of me work out what it is. I've spent hours looking through system settings, tried it in a different port, restarting, uninstalling drivers etc. but nothing seems to make a difference to it.



The strangest one was when I disabled the Nommo, then it started automatically increasing the volume of my headset instead.



Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, because it is really annoying me that it doesn't work as it should.

This sounds like a malware issue than anything else. Does this happen even when you're in safe mode?
