Nommo Chroma Lights Stopped working

does anyone have any suggestions how to fix the lights not turning on? had these speakers a few months now and the LEDs seem dead.

    Do the speakers work just fine aside from not lighting up? If you can, please send me a short video clip showing the issue. That way, I can take a closer look at the situation. I'd appreciate it if you'd PM me the serial number of your device along with a copy of its proof of purchase. I can use those to find a way to fix this problem and check its warranty status. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
