Nommo Pro RGB suddenly not working

Hi guys, I’ve had my Nommo Pro for over 2 years, yesterday the Chroma lights on both speakers turned off and never turned back on again. Synapse shows it’s on, toggling or changing the effect doesn’t help. I restarted my PC, reconnected everything, re-installed Synapse, nothing helps. The speakers are otherwise working as expected.

EDIT: I might add that before the light stopped working, I had turned on my PC and speakers, everything seemed alright. Then suddenly I couldn’t change my volume from windows anymore, nothing was happening, only the control pod worked (and it didn’t show the volume changing on Windows). So I restarted my PC, the volume started working again but lights didn’t turn back on.

Try to use a different USB port and perform clean installation of the Synapse app by following the steps here. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps to help you resole the problem. Thanks!

I have good news and bad news. Good news is that it’s not permanent damage, it can be solved. Bad news is that I still don’t know the solution. The original issue solved itself after weeks, maybe months. I have absolutely no idea what caused it or how it got solved. It happened two more times since then, and actually I’m still without RGB right now. It’s infuriating but Razer didn’t help

It’s just trash software tbh. I’ve had that happen… 10 times? Maybe 15? All that since my previous reply. RGB randomly disappears, usually only on the Nommo Pro, few times also on the Blackwidow Elite. Disconnecting them, unplugging the power cable, re-installing Synapse, nothing works. Then they randomly start working again when they feel like it, maybe after 1 day or maybe after 2 months. It’s a pity, but all Razer was able to say is that “they’re out of warranty”. But it’s not an hardware issue.

Having the same issue, the LED feature of my Deathstalker Chroma suddenly stopped working earlier today. I have used this keyboard for several years and never had an issue. Spent the last several hours troubleshooting with no results.
