Nommo Pro Speakers not turning on

Due to covid the support is pretty much non-existent so I’m hoping someone on here can help. recently, I turned on my computer and speakers. I noticed there was no sound so I turned them off. As I went to turn them back on...well..they wouldn’t/won’t. No lights...no sound...computer doesn’t even read it....nothing.. I have tried replugging all cords. I have tried different outlets. And nothing. Also nothing noticeable to mention that led up to this. Does anyone have any suggestions to troubleshoot this?

    As of right now i am having the exact same problem with my Nommo Pro Speakers... No power, computer not detecting them. Tried unplugging and re-connecting all cables, have tried different power outlets...Nothing works. I also had no prior issues with my computer or speakers.

    I got my speakers working.... The only thing i have done differently to you is that i uninstalled the Razer app. After uninstalling i turned off my computer, connected speaker cables, connected USB to computer, plugged power cord back in, turned my PC on again, pushed the power button on the sub woofer and then i got a message on the PC notifying me that the Razer Nommo Speakers were connected.

    Hi there! Does pressing the push-button on the sub-woofer or the audio control pod not able power on the speaker? Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.

    Having the same issues. Nothing I do helps get them powered back on. Contacted Razer for warranty claim a week ago, nothing so far except an email saying "Oh you must have your issue solved so we are closing your ticket in 72 hours." Disappointed I love these speakers...when they work.
