Nommo Pro V2 Control Pod Pairing issues | Razer Insider

Hi,
I have recently had connectivity issues with the Nommo V2 Pro control pod. When I insert batteries, the LED flashes blue and white 4 times then goes dark. I can get it to go into BT pairing mode and directly connect to my PC but pairing this way negates all functions of the control pod meaning buttons and the dial have no effect, plus the sub woofer does not activate and neither do the speaker back lights. Also, I am unable to see the Nommo V2 Pro in Synapse. 
There is no physical damage, I am not interested in RMA or refund. I just want to be able to conduct a “factory reset” of the control pod so I can trigger the magenta LED and follow the instructions below: 
"The status indicator will blink magenta to indicate the control pod is in Command mode and ready for pairing. Reattach and rotate the bottom cover to lock it in place. To pair it to your PC and remap it with Razer Synapse, activate Bluetooth on your PC and wait for the control pod to appear on the list of devices. Make sure the control pod is within a meter of the PC."
I have tried uninstalling Synapse completely and removed all traces of the speakers from the OS (Win 11), power cycled speakers and PC for over 5 minutes, tried alternative USB cables and USB ports from different USB controllers.  Speakers, sub, and control pod all have the latest firmware and Synapse is up to date.

My efforts have amounted to naught so far. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
