Razer Nommo speakers and Barracuda Pro headset work fine when plugged into laptop directly using USB-A. But when using a Dell D6000 dock and connecting either the speakers or the headset to the dock directly or via unpowered USB-A hub, it causes all other peripherals connected to the dock (keyboard and Razer wireless mouse) to disconnect until the dock is disconnected and reconnected.
This is a work machine, so I cannot install Synapse. Strangely, all of these devices worked fine with the dock for months until I got a new work laptop image with the same hardware. They also all work fine with personal laptop (which does have Synapse) connected to the dock.

Did you recently update its driver or Windows OS? If you can find another dock that you can use to further isolate the problem that will be great. I am thinking we're dealing with a hardware issue here.
