My Logitech headset works well, but whenever I switch to speaker it wouldn’t work. It does not make any sound… But I don’t think it’s speaker’s problem because when my PC turns on, speaker makes sound that my PC is on… I think it has an issue with a Audio driver settings, but not sure how to fix it. Anyone help?

Hello,
Have you tried checking for OS updates? Try updating your speaker’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workaround.
