When did the issue start? Are there any changes made in your PC that could’ve triggered this behavior? Did you try connecting the speaker to another USB port or computer (if feasible) to isolate the issue? Please try testing another USB Type-C to USB Type-A cable too. Otherwise, you can follow the steps from this article and see if it helps. Feel free to send me a PM including your device’s serial number should you need additional assistance.
