I am getting a window popping up during the firmware installation that says an unhandled exception has occurred in the app. It says “Unable to load DLL ‘RazerEffectInterface.lll’: THe specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E).”
Can you please help me?
