Nommo V2 X very loud windows

HI Folks, I just got my Nommo V2 X’s. Installed and connected to a windows Laptop, so far all good.

I do have a problem with the volume though. I have to reduce the volume to below 10% for it to be bareable and usually listen at 4 to 6% volume.

That can’t be normal, is it?

Under Windows 11 and MacOS 15.1
