Nomo V2 pro subwoofer intermittent on and off base

Nomo V2 pro subwoofer  has a solid green light and everything is working well and base just cuts out. I have to put a pin in the hole in back and when i press i hear a click (does not blink) and base works again. I have updated firmware, software etc. Never had an issue like this where the subwoofer just keeps cutting in and out . Thoughts ?

    Do you see any physical defects? Also, does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Let me know via PM along with your Nommo V2 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds along the way. Looking forward to your response!
