I have a huntsman mini. It’s been impossible to use the hypershift for a while now. Making 40% of keys on keyboard inaccessible. The side buttons, dpi buttons, or profile swap buttons no longer work on my mouse either. I just want to properly use my computer again. I’ve tried factory resetting both of them and this has not changed anything. They’re out of warranty and worked fine for years prior to this update that seemingly fried the hardware.

    Hi Droogish,

    I understand that your Razer Huntsman Mini and mouse are not functioning properly, despite your efforts to reset them. Let’s try to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check if there are any firmware updates available for your devices here.
    2. Uninstall the current drivers for both your keyboard and mouse, then reinstall them. Check the article below as your guide.
      - How to uninstall the mouse drivers
      - How to uninstall the keyboard drivers.
      a. Press Windows + S on your keyboard to open the Search bar.
      b. Type in “Device Manager" and hit Enter.
      c. Go to Keyboards
      d. Right-click on the Razer device in question and select Uninstall device.
      e. Go to Human Interface devices.
      f. Right-click on the Razer device in question and select Uninstall device.
      g. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
      The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.

    3. Perform a clean reinstallation of Razer Synapse

    4. Connect your keyboard and mouse to another computer to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the devices themselves or your computer's setup.
