hello everyone. My razer blade 14 laptop doesn't work and I wrote about it, but they managed to do it, I sent all the data and asked for a short video and I sent that too, but then they couldn't help Razer insider. and I wrote about it on instagram Razer suport, but there is also the same question and I answered all the questions they sent the same question to gmail, I answered and sent additional videos, but no one answers and after a week I got a message on gmail that (This case has been successfully closed) are you kidding me my laptop is still not working and the problem has not been solved as it generally happens, I do not understand how to solve this problem that I should shoot a video about it, prepare posts for social networks, I can still do it as you will soon see that Razera has such a problem but they cannot help
